A Program of Requirements (POR) defines all functional and technical requirements for your laboratory project. At Labs31, we offer this as a standalone product, divided into four packages (tiers), allowing you to choose the package that perfectly matches your needs and budget.
Starter
Essential basic package with a standard POR and minimal client input.
Accelerator
Expanded package: standard POR plus your lab details and feedback.
Breakthrough
Premium custom package with workshops and intensive guidance.
Custom Formula
Fully customized Program of Requirements tailored to unique client needs.
Starter Package (Essential)
- Description: Standard PvE based on selected lab type.
- Client input: Choice of lab type and general area.
- Output: Standard POR in PDF and Word format.
- Price: Fixed, based on lab type and area.
- Lead time: 3–5 working days.
Accelerator Package (Extended)
- Description: More comprehensive, with extra lab details and feedback on your own POR.
- Client input: Detailed info on lab type, area, layout, and operations (optional own POR).
- Output: Adjusted POR with feedback and a Teams meeting (~1 hour).
- Price: Fixed, scaled to lab type and area.
- Lead time: 1–2 weeks
Breakthrough Package (Premium)
- Description: Fully tailored PvE with intensive client interaction and workshops.
- Client input: Everything from Tier 2 plus detailed equipment list.
- Output: Custom-written POR after two half-day workshops.
- Price: Fixed plus workshop surcharge.
- Lead time: 3–4 weeks (depends on workshops)
Custom Formula Package
- Description: Fully customized PvE aligned with your specific needs.
- Client input: Extensive, client-specific input via intake meeting.
- Output: Custom POR document with optional extras (drawings, consultancy).
