Step 6 – Tender, RFQ Creation

During this stage, all collected data will be used. The details such as lab requirements, data and design are translated into a (neutral) Tender or Request For Quotation . Especially relevant is our Fit4Purpose added value.

In the Tender / RFQ it is mandatory to have a clear description of the required materials. If this document is not clear, in terms of quality and actual requirements, the customer will never get what he requires.

Summarizing, a clear scope ensures that the customer receives clear offers which can be compared to each other.

The results will be a Tender/RFQ with:

Lower cost

  • Time will be saved, time cost money
  • Material will not have to be replaced, material costs money

Less frustration

  • When things go well, you keep your happy face.

As mentioned the Tender documentation can be written neutral, not brand specific. Alternatively we also can use several proposed brands/models according to the customer’s or our preferred suppliers.
