Step 6 – Tender, RFQ Creation


During this stage, all collected data are gathered. The details such as lab requirements, data and design are translated to a (neutral) Tender or Request For Quotation . Especially relevant is our Fit4Purpose added value.


In the Tender / RFQ it is mandatory to have an clear description of required material. Hence, if this document is not clear, in terms of quality and actual requirement, the customer will never get what he requires.


Concluding a clear demand specification ensures that the customer receives clear offers which can be compared.


The results will be a Tender/RFQ with:
